Frequently asked questions:

How long will my order take to be shipped?

Preorders will not be processed until the preorder sale closes. After the sale closes, preorders will take up to four weeks to be shipped.

Items that are sold for regular site restocks will take about one week to be shipped.

Custom projects will have longer timelines, which will be determined at the time of the customs consultation.

What if you don’t carry my ring size?

I only stock the most common ring sizes for my collections. If I don’t carry your ring size in my store, feel free to reach out through my consultations page with your ring size and the style you’d like, and I can make it happen for you!

How do customs work?

Custom projects happen on a per-client basis. When you reach out for a consultation, we will make an appointment to discuss price, materials, timeline, etc. via phone call or Zoom. To begin the fabrication process, a nonrefundable materials deposit will be required, the total of which will be determined after the consultation. Custom projects will have a turn-around time of at least 8-16 weeks; exact timelines will be discussed at the time of the consultation.

What is your refund policy?

If you wish to cancel your order of a collections piece before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. After a piece has been shipped, you may return the piece within one week of receiving it for a full refund, shipped and insured at the customer’s expense.

Custom projects are nonrefundable after the piece has been shipped. You may cancel your custom order at any time before the piece is shipped, resulting in a forfeit of the nonrefundable materials deposit.

What are the limitations on custom orders?

Customs are limited to being only made in Sterling Silver or Gold alloys; the current stage of my business leaves me unequipped to do work in Titanium or Steel Alloys, and the value of a custom project wouldn’t be reflected well in a material such as Copper, Bronze, or Brass.

While I do have a deep appreciation for Mourning Jewelry, I draw a hard line on making it myself; at least not in the Victorian sense. No bones, hair, or ashes from a person or pet will be used in my work. If you have a particular piece you want made to commemorate someone, then I am more than happy to make something sentimental and special, but my own morals keep me from handling any of the aforementioned materials.
